Yanis Varoufakis was formerly the Finance Minister of Greece. He is Professor of Economic Theory at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has held academic positions at multiple other universities including King’s College London, University of Cambridge, and the University of Sydney. He also co-founded Democracy in Europe Movement 2025and Progressive International, and is the author of several books.
Cenk Uygur is the founder and host of The Young Turks, a progressive news show which has over 27 million subscribers across social media platforms, with their content been viewed over 29 billion times.
