He described predatory offers as low as 40 percent of a property’s real value, justified internally as reasonable because the seller is already suffering. He contrasted that with his own approach, insisting he’s never lowballed a single seller and has walked away from deals entirely when a landowner had a change of heart. Is this really how the property industry operates behind closed doors, or is honest dealing possible after all?
