Location details: After filming a military Osprey aircraft flying west, I noted a very rapidly moving vehicle jumping

The vehicle was 1st seen below the Osprey aircraft, then rapidly jumped across the sky from north to south

I was videoing an Osprey aircraft travelling West, and upon review of the video, I noticed a dark spot that appeared underneath the aircraft. Then it jumped left, paused, then jumped, pause/jump from North to South — bout six times before it went out of frame (crossing approximately 1/2 of the horizon in 7 seconds of video). It was pill/capsule shaped upon blowing up the video, and in one image, it appeared rectangular, with something hanging down from it.
