He didn’t offer an easy answer, instead letting the weight of the question sit, acknowledging that good intentions alone might not be enough to overcome structures built to resist real change. Sometimes the hardest truth isn’t about bad people doing bad things, it’s about good people running into a wall they can’t move on their own.
