Tommy Jackson reflects on becoming a millionaire by 30 — only to realize a few years later that having millions and being broke felt surprisingly similar. Despite the cars, houses, and money, he says he still lacked peace, joy, and purpose.
That realization pushed Tommy toward helping young people who came from difficult circumstances similar to his own. He argues that real change requires understanding where people are coming from rather than simply giving them more programs or handouts.
